Shuffle.us distinguishes purchases of Gold Coin packages from redemption of eligible prizes from promotional Shuffle Cash gameplay. Gold Coins cannot be withdrawn as money. Prize redemption requires compliance with current sweepstakes rules, applicable thresholds and account verification.
This guide uses “prize redemption” for the operator’s promotional sweepstakes process. It does not describe Gold Coin cash withdrawals, promise that promotional SC is cash, or guarantee successful payouts.
Fiat and crypto transaction modes
The official payment guide dated February 2026 describes two account modes. In Fiat Mode, the operator says it supports card purchases and ACH bank transfers, including Visa and Mastercard for card transactions. In Crypto Mode, cryptocurrency transactions apply according to the operator’s current account interface and rules. Users cannot transact across both modes at once.

| Switching | Requires zero SC, no unfinished rounds, no pending redemptions and no Vault balance under the February 2026 guidance | |
What can actually be redeemed?
Gold Coins are not prize-redeemable. According to the operator’s sweepstakes rules, eligible Shuffle Cash winnings may be considered for prize redemption, after verification and any applicable playthrough requirements. A screen balance alone does not establish a payable prize.

Minimum and verification requirements
The operator’s publicly accessible sweepstakes rules currently state a 100 SC / $100 equivalent minimum for prize redemption. This figure is a source-dated rule, not a promise that every account will be able to redeem. The operator can require identity checks, residency verification and additional information and may decline requests that do not meet its requirements.

Worked example: why a 100 SC display is not enough
Imagine an account displays 100 SC but some of it has not yet met the applicable promotional playthrough rule. Its prize-redemption eligibility may still be below the threshold. The operator’s wallet redemption section, not the apparent total alone, is the appropriate place to check current progress. This example illustrates a rule distinction; it is not a forecast of results.

Before requesting a prize
- Confirm permitted-jurisdiction status and personal details.
- Check that required verification is approved.
- Confirm the eligible promotional winnings and playthrough status.
- Review your active payment mode, available redemption route, and live minimum.
- Consult the operator’s official support team if processing is delayed or a request is denied.
Processing time, fees and refunds
Specific processing speed, charges, availability and refunds depend on the method and current operator rules. We have not independently verified a universal payout time or zero-fee claim and therefore do not publish one. Do not confuse a purchase refund with a prize-redemption request.
