US Eligibility

Check Shuffle.us eligible states, residency and location restrictions, age requirements, and conflicting official jurisdiction lists.

Editorial illustration for the US Eligibility information guide

Shuffle.us says a participant must be of eligible age and both a legal resident of and physically located in a permitted US jurisdiction. Its current public documents do not fully agree on all restricted states. Do not use an affiliate state’s list as a final eligibility decision: check the live operator terms and obtain confirmation if rules conflict.

Example: inconsistent official statements about Florida

As checked on 21 October 2026, Shuffle.us’s help-center accepted-state list includes Florida, but the opening eligibility section of the Sweepstakes Rules excludes Florida. A later section of those rules discusses a Florida redemption cap. These statements are internally inconsistent. Do not treat this page or any one list as proof of permission to participate; confirm directly with Shuffle.us and applicable local requirements.

Operator help article: stated permitted states

The July 20, 2026 English help article names these 30 accepted states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming. This is a dated source summary, not a guarantee of availability today.

A documented conflict requiring direct verification

The July 2026 Terms include exclusions in multiple sections that do not exactly match the help article. The Sweepstakes Rules have further prize-eligibility language, including treatment of the District of Columbia. In particular, the Terms include exclusions such as Pennsylvania, while other sections list somewhat different sets. Because a single definitive nationwide matrix cannot be supported from these documents, the safest publication method is to present dated source references and recommend direct operator confirmation.

Three-part eligibility checklist

1. Age: at least 18 and any higher local age of majority. 2. Legal residence: an eligible jurisdiction, not merely an address entered online. 3. Present location: physically in an eligible jurisdiction at the time of access. Operator verification and other account restrictions may still apply.

Why changing location information is not a workaround

The Terms expressly prohibit attempts to evade geographic restrictions using VPNs, proxies, false residence details or third-party accounts. Readers should not attempt to evade location controls. Travellers should wait until they return to a jurisdiction where participation is permitted.

How this differs from the general FAQ

The FAQ answers general onboarding questions; this page resolves jurisdiction-specific evidence conflicts, age requirements and resident-versus-visitor scenarios. Keep current official documentation as the final decision source.

Before participating: Shuffle.us requires eligible age, legal residence and physical location; official documents differ on some jurisdictions. Never use a VPN or false address to bypass restrictions. Review location guidance and independent player-protection resources.

Source-conflict matrix: do not infer permission

The official source conflict affects real eligibility decisions. The entries below show why a single accepted-state list should not be used as final permission.

Official sourcePublished eligibility statementEditorial consequence

Consequently, this website does not certify any conflicting state as eligible. Contact the operator for confirmation before participation and do not bypass restrictions. Sources: accepted-states help article; Sweepstakes Rules; Terms.

Why current state lists require additional verification

A Shuffle.us help article dated July 20, 2026 includes Florida, Georgia, Hawaii and Maryland in its accepted-state list. The opening eligibility section of the operator’s Sweepstakes Rules excludes those four states. The same rules later refer to a Florida-specific redemption cap, adding another unresolved inconsistency. These documents cannot establish unambiguous eligibility for residents or visitors in the affected states.

Until Shuffle.us reconciles these documents, do not use either list alone as permission to register, play or redeem. Confirm both residency and current physical-location eligibility directly with the operator and applicable law; do not bypass geographic restrictions.
