Shuffle Cash (SC) is a promotional sweepstakes token, not a standard cash deposit. The operator says that qualifying winnings may be redeemed for eligible prizes after applicable playthrough, identity and minimum-balance requirements. Gold Coins never qualify for cash or prize redemption.
Separate balance, separate rules
The platform holds GC and SC separately. Its official help explains that SC may be awarded through daily logins and certain Gold Coin promotions. Some promotional SC requires a 1× playthrough before it becomes eligible; a general SC count does not indicate how much is currently redeemable.
| Requirement | Source-derived rule | Reader implication |
|---|---|---|
| Currency | Gold Coins are non-redeemable | Do not count GC toward a redemption threshold |
| Playthrough | Certain earned or promotional SC must be played through 1× | Wallet balance can exceed redeemable balance |
| Verification | Level 2 identity verification is required for prize redemption | Registration alone is insufficient |
| Minimum | Official sweepstakes rules specify a minimum of 100 eligible SC for redemption | Below that amount a request is not processed under those rules |
| Payment method | Operator can restrict or select the redemption method | Do not assume a particular bank or crypto route is always available |

Worked example: balance versus redeemable amount
Imagine an eligible account receives 10 SC with a qualifying bonus. The operator help says a 1× playthrough means participation using 10 SC before that promotional allotment can become eligible. That is not a promise the account will retain 10 SC afterward. Even if 10 SC becomes eligible, it is below the published 100-SC redemption minimum. Additional restrictions can apply.
Where can a user check progress?
The operator help directs users to the Redemption section of the wallet to inspect progress. Users should rely on their actual in-account status, not an affiliate page, for eligibility, balances, accepted methods and current thresholds.
Redemption is not withdrawal of Gold Coin purchases
The terms describe purchases as virtual entertainment licenses. They do not create a withdrawable balance. Prize redemption is a separate sweepstakes process; this is why the site also provides a Payments & Withdrawals operational guide.

Redemption-readiness worksheet
Use this worksheet to separate a displayed wallet amount from an eligible prize request. It is a decision aid, not an operator calculator.
| Check | What to confirm | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Token | Is the balance SC rather than GC? | GC is not redeemable |
| Playthrough | What portion has satisfied applicable rollover? | Promotional SC can remain unavailable |
| Identity | Has required Level 2 verification been accepted? | Prize redemption requires verification |
| Threshold | Does eligible SC satisfy the rule’s published minimum? | A displayed wallet total alone may be insufficient |
| Location | Are residency and present location permitted? | Jurisdiction eligibility remains mandatory |
The September 2025 operator help describes 1× playthrough for certain promotional SC, and the July 2026 help describes Level 2 verification. These requirements should be rechecked when actually making a redemption request. Sources: playthrough guidance; verification guidance.
